Why we are different

We're Not Salespeople. We're the People Who Fix It.

Full Circuit Automation was built on a simple frustration: too many integrators show up, do half the job, and leave your maintenance team to figure out the rest.

We've been on the other side of that problem. Between us, our team has spent years on the plant floor. Not in a sales territory, not behind a quote desk, but hands-on with the PLCs, drives, and equipment that keep production running. We know what it feels like to inherit someone else's undocumented program at 11 PM with a line down and no answers. We built this company so nobody has to feel that.

What Makes Us Different

We're controls programmers and industrial maintenance specialists first. We're not commissioned reps trying to upsell you on equipment you don't need. The sales conversation is secondary to getting your systems right. That means:

  • No babysitting required. We document everything, communicate clearly, and finish what we start so you're not left babysitting your own contractor.

  • We solve the actual problem, not just the symptom in front of us. Root cause, not band-aids.

  • We speak maintenance, not marketing. Straight answers, realistic timelines, no jargon dressed up to sound impressive.

  • Your team's success is the metric that matters — not billable hours, not a sales quota.

Our Goal

Less downtime. Less stress. A maintenance team that trusts the documentation they've been handed, and a plant manager who doesn't have to wonder what actually got done. That's what we're here for — not to sell you something, but to make your operation run better than it did before we showed up.

Industries We Understand

Our team's hands-on experience spans a wider range of manufacturing environments than most integrators bring to the table — which means we show up already speaking your plant's language.

  • Automotive & Transportation Manufacturing — bus and heavy vehicle production, including line automation and controls

  • Tobacco & FDA-Regulated Manufacturing — cigarette and e-cigarette production, where precision, compliance, and documentation aren't optional

  • Wood Products & Panel Manufacturing — MDF, OSB, and board plants, including dust collection and fire protection systems critical to these environments

  • Tire Recycling & Pellet Mill Operations — process equipment and material handling specific to these industries

  • Food & Beverage Manufacturing — coffee and cereal production lines, where uptime and sanitation requirements intersect

  • Fire Suppression & Dust Collection Systems — specialized install and service experience across combustible-dust environments (wood, grain, and similar processes)

  • Propane & Hazardous Materials Handling — safety-critical systems experience from direct industry work

Equipment & Systems Experience

  • Robotic Work Cells — Fanuc, Universal Robots (cobots), Epson; integration, programming, and troubleshooting

  • Vision & Inspection Systems — Keyence, Cognex, Omron; quality control and defect detection

  • Pick-and-Place Systems — high-speed placement and sorting applications

  • Packaging Machinery — high-speed packaging lines, from primary pack through case/palletizing

  • Material Handling & Conveyance — conveyor systems, sortation, integration with upstream/downstream equipment

  • Dust Collection & Fire Suppression Systems — combustible dust environments (wood products)

  • PLC & Controls Platforms — Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Mitsubishi

  • Drives & Motion Control — SEW, Allen-Bradley, ABB, Danfoss

  • Sensors & Safety Systems — Banner Engineering, SICK, Schneider Electric

  • Pneumatics — Festo, SMC
